Exchange & Returns
Items purchased from Floyd & Green Jewelers may be returned or exchanged, when accompanied by the sales slip, within 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise must be unused and unworn, in original condition, & in the original gift box. Sale items, special orders, completed layaways, modified (including ring size) and/or custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable. Gift recipients will be issued a merchandise credit only. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash.
Special Orders
Special orders are not returnable, and no exchange can be made. All special orders require a nonrefundable deposit. A special order includes any jewelry, gemstone, or gift item ordered at the client's request.
Layaways
Articles may be placed on layaway for a maximum of 180 days with a minimum deposit of 20%. Completed layaways are not returnable or exchangeable. Layaways cancelled after 30 days of the original layaway are subject to a 20% restocking fee & the cost of any alternations.
